           Alright time to get your Princess Leia on! This tip is all about helping you go longer between washes for all you work-out girlies who get extra sweaty. When you put your hair in two buns this allows air to circulate in the two areas that get the sweatiest: the lower back part of your head and the top bang section.

Make sure to go a little loose on these with silk hair ties to prevent too much imprinting on your hair and also can still give you great air flow.  If you work out too intensely and are whipping your hair back and forth ( Go You!) then you can go tighter just know it might be a little sweatier in there.

 

Note: you are not limited to buns. You can do braids, or just straight up pigtails, high or low placement, it doesn’t matter. Just make two of them.
