BRUSH YOUR HAIR BEFORE BED
A 2-minute hack that sets you up for success.
First off, what brush you use DOES MATTER. I recommend the Wet Brush.
Simply brushing your hair before bed lets your hair and scalp get a little goodnight kiss. Brushing before bed removes the tangles of the day, much like brushing your teeth before bed removes the debris of your eating so it doesn’t sit overnight. If your hair is tangled before bed, it will only worsen overnight with natural tossing and turning. More tangles lead to more issues with hair loss (brushing out tangled hair can remove it from the scalp) and breakage (brushing out tangles can increase hair breakage significantly, especially when not using the Wet Brush).
EFFICIENT HUMAN TIP:
I like to brush my hair while I do my mouthwash at night.
TAKE IT TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL:
Get a satin pillowcase. (Here is my fave.)
